Dear Shelia and kids. MO NAHRO notified us the sad news about Jack. He was such a good friend to me the many 30 plus years that we knew each other in the housing world. He was full of life and loved a good time. I appreciated his always taking time to help mentor me and just support me as I grew into the profession. I will miss him greatly. He was so proud of his children and just like the rest of us grandparents, there was a lot of bragging about the grandkids. He had a few pictures to share when we would see each other at conferences. I will miss keeping us with family like that. He loved each of you. I know that it was so hard when Chad died, but I sure hope they are not in trouble together now. You each are in my prayers and thoughts. - Donna Dunwoody, Moberly Housing Authority

Angelia and family... so very sorry to hear about Jack. As you know we thought very highly of Jack having known him since childhood. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Judy Gibson

Sheila, Angelia, Tom and family. I was shocked to hear about Jack. We had many great time together in High School. We spoke about 6 months before he retired. He said he was looking forward to playing golf with Gary Barnes, Jim Mathis, Larry Webber and myself. Sadly, we never got to do that. He was truly one of the good guys. No one ever said anything bad about Jack.He will be missed, but not forgotten. Jim, Gary, and I were unable to attend the service today because of slick roads. We will keep you in our prayers. Jack may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. One day we will all meet again. Until then I hope it comforts you to know that GOD will watch over him. - Les Gibson

I was also a classmate & was at visitation but missed seeing you. Take care of yourself and cherish the memories. - Ann Hutchinson
